First-time participants must sign a pledge and present a photo ID (driver's license, passport, or My Number card) at the reception on the day of the event.
(First time participants should arrive 10 minutes before the start time for initial registration process).

Enter the 'temporary password' and 'email address' provided in the 'Full Membership Registration Email' to access the 'Member Page'.

Change your personal information, including your full name (nicknames not allowed), phone number (with hyphens), and a password of your choice, then click 'Update'.
Once you have completed the membership registration, you won't need to enter your personal information for future reservations. You can also check your membership point information.
▷Confirmation emails often fail to reach mobile email addresses, so we recommend using a PC email address.
If you reserve with a mobile address, please remove the domain block or set
'kanda@bee-studios.net' and 'meguro@bee-studios.net' as allowed domains.

Credit card payments can be made online after reservation or at the reception on the day of the event.
Please note that a 5% credit card processing fee will be added to the amount.
We only accept a credit card registered with the participants.
About the Photo Session System
Each photo session lasts 45 minutes. This duration does not include your preparation or clean-up time, so you have a full 45 minutes for shooting.
First time users should arrive 10 minutes before starts!
There are no restrictions on the type of camera used. Digital cameras and Polaroids are both OK. The use of strobe (flash) is also allowed. Please be considerate of the model's condition and avoid long sessions of strobe continuous shooting.
※Mobile phone and smartphone photography are not permitted.
Models typically appear in their own clothes, but we also provide free cosplay costumes in the studio for you to use.
Please note that the lineup of free cosplay costumes may change due to washing and repairs, so check on the day. We cannot accommodate requests for specific private clothes, underwear, or makeup for models.
Brought-in costumes (cosplay) must be new. Please note that items that directly touch the model's skin (underwear, swimwear, stockings) will be gifted to the model.
Please understand this in advance. If the benefits section indicates 'お持ち帰りOK', you may do so.
※ Bringing adult toys is not allowed.
About photo session extension
We can accommodate session extension depending on
the reservation status.
Additionally, if you have specific requests like'wanting the first slot' or 'preferring the last slot', please mention them in the 'Comments and Requests' section when making a reservation.
(Previously, we confirmed with customers who reserved the last slot if they wished to move their time, but to facilitate smoother changes, we will no longer do so).
About Cancellation, Unpaid Fees, and Troubles

A cancellation fee of 100% of the photo session cost applies if the cancellation is made within 10 days of the event date.
Should there be a case where customers who cancel without notice, fail to pay the cancellation fee, or frequently cancel may be barred from participating in our and other photo sessions in the future.

Please understand that the photo session may be canceled due to the model's health issues or other reasons.
If a session is canceled due to the model's circumstances, we will notify you via email.
If you have prepaid the shooting fee, we will refund the full amount.
Please note that we cannot refund travel expenses or transfer fees.
Please check your email and our website for cancellation notifications before heading to the studio on the day of the event.

Each studio has a limited number of rental cameras, so reservation is required.

Please bring your own SD card
Please bring a standard SD card. microSD card, as microSD cards will not work. We have had cases where cheap SD cards cause problems.
Note that we have also identified issues with Gigastone SD cards.
If you bring an SD card other than Gigastone and there is an issue with the rental camera, we will refund the rental fee plus a cashback of 4,000 yen.
About Point Card
You can check your current points via 'MEMBER LOGIN' → 'MY PAGE' (points will be updated at the time of your visit, and previously earned points will continue to be valid).
Please complete the web member registration, including your full legal name and phone number,
before visiting for a smoother experience.
You will receive one point for each part of the photo session you attend.
Points will be reflected at the reception on the day of the event.
Points are valid for one year.
If you book two parts,
you will receive two points.
You can use a 2,000 yen discount on your fifth visit and a 5,000 yen discount on your tenth visit.
Customers who fill their point card within a year will be offered an upgrade to the 'Gold Card' and 'Black Card' with higher discount rates.

Rules
Participants must be over 18 years old.
Photographs taken are for personal viewing only, and sharing or selling them to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Posting photographs without permission on blogs, X(Twitter), etc., is strictly prohibited.
Verbal abuse towards models or forcing them into uncomfortable poses is prohibited.
Physical contact with models is strictly prohibited.
Bringing or using adult toys is prohibited.
Asking models for personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses is prohibited.
Acts against public order and morals or deemed obscene are prohibited.
Drinking alcohol in the studio or participating while intoxicated is prohibited.
If any of these prohibited actions are discovered, the photo session
will be terminated.(with no refunds)
